I think that true love is the belief that you know exactly what the glorious future holds for you; the realization that you have no Idea what the heck is really going on, and a strange awakening that somewhere in the middle, it doesn't really matter.

I know that through our hardest moments our Heavenly Father is always there with us, guiding us, comforting us with his Spirit, and that the atonement of Christ has made my pains and trails a bearable burden.

the whosits and whatsits

Lately I have been kurfuddled in my mind, neither moving this way or that in a bloggy sense. I was focused on mundane things that I just didn't want to post about, and couldn't finish up any of the really ponderful thoughts that I was having. So I waited, I kept still, and quiet...tres unlike me. But if pregnancy teaches you one thing it is how to be patient and slow. Listening to life grow inside of you, following the new energy that flows around you, and pausing to think and worry all along the way. So fitting to the season. My body feels like fall, and I get the feeling this little boy is going to be like winter. He gives me the impression that he is going to be more quiet and focused the other three of us. I can't wait to see what he adds to the family. My house is almost clean, and the countdown begins, one week tomorrow!!!!!

I have been feeling the blogs build in me, like I can fee l this baby waiting to bust a move south. So here it is; we'll just consider me-selfs as havin' takin' the summer off. But I'm back, and I'm 36 weeks pregnant, going to Costco later, and ready for adventure. Hello!

I just got to this point of the blog(duh) and realized I don't really have anything profound to write, so I'll tell/show you some more things from the summer.

1) I discovered Pinterest in all its holiness. I feel that the world must be moving into her crowning glory because Pinterest exists. Amen. Some things I'm pining for now:

2) I've pondered this deep question; what is the difference between a muffin and a cupcake? Besides the frosting, because you know, some people still put frosting on muffins.

4) I went back to the gym 2 weeks ago, and have been enjoying my walrussy state at such entertaining classes as bodypump, step class, and a combo of yoga/ti chi/ and pilates. Awesome. You should come watch for comic entertainment.

5) I've already started thinking about what I want to buy myself from Brandon for Christmas. The list includes a hot tub. Boo. Just kidding, that would obviously be on the list of things that count as gifts that are mutually given to each other.

6) and you! my beauties, I'd love to have bloggity friends to get my through the frigid winter.

the lazy man's look at the summer

They aren't even in chronological order. And the one where I'm wearing a green swimsuit; Vida peed on me.

today

Today is the special day that I was hitched to this man:

four stinkin' years ago! Holy Smoley. I like him, he's pretty cool. He tells me he's awesome...

He has sexy short hair now, which I've been begging him to do forever, and I love it! He is also a very stupendous d.a.d. so I got lucky there.

He still makes me laugh and think "who is this kid?" is pure wonderment. This is him making me take a picture of him, and his nacho creations, because he was so proud of himself. In fact he made me take four pictures of said event.

He tries so hard to make everyday special for our family in his own little way.

He loves me, he's kind to me, he takes care of me in all ways. And even when we reach those valleys, each day is still amazing because he just keeps right on trying and loving. We know that we can do anything together. We are sealed together for all of time and eternity, and this is only the beginning. 

Now let's take this post old school, like third grade.
